1. About STPprep

STPprep is a trading name of DN46 Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

In these Terms & Conditions, "STPprep", "we", "us", and "our" refer to DN46 Labs Ltd (trading as STPprep).

References to "you" and "your" refer to the person accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing or using our products or services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

STPprep provides online preparation resources designed to help applicants prepare for the NHS Scientist Training Programme (STP) Situational Judgement Test (SJT) and related application processes.

Our platform is an independent educational and preparation resource. It is intended to support personal study and preparation and should not be considered a substitute for official guidance, instructions, or information provided by the relevant organisations responsible for the STP application or selection process.

We do not guarantee that using STPprep will result in a particular score, ranking, interview invitation, application outcome, or successful selection for the NHS Scientist Training Programme.

3. Independent Preparation Resource

STPprep is an independent preparation resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the NHS, NHS England, the National School of Healthcare Science, or any other organisation responsible for the STP recruitment or selection process, unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to the NHS, NHS England, the National School of Healthcare Science, or the Scientist Training Programme are made solely to identify the subject matter and purpose of our preparation resources.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or making a purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate and for notifying us if relevant information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account, except where the activity results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Account Access and Sharing

Access to purchased STPprep resources is provided for the individual customer who purchased the relevant product or service, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You must not share, transfer, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account or login credentials to another person.

You must not allow another person to use your account to access purchased content or services.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our platform and content from unauthorised access, including suspending or restricting accounts where we reasonably believe that account credentials are being shared, misused, or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Purchases and Payments

Prices for STPprep products and services are displayed on the relevant purchase or checkout page and may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time you complete your order, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to use the payment method provided.

7. Digital Products and Access

STPprep primarily provides digital educational content and online preparation resources.

Following successful payment, access to purchased content may be provided immediately or shortly after purchase, depending on the product and the technical systems used to deliver it.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection, browser, and software required to access the platform.

Where access is provided for a defined period, your access will generally expire at the end of that period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the nature of our digital products, refunds are generally not available simply because you change your mind, decide that you no longer wish to use the platform, do not use the purchased resources, or are dissatisfied with the content based solely on personal preference.

We do not guarantee any particular educational, examination, recruitment, or career outcome from using STPprep.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use STPprep only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or redistribute platform content without our prior written permission
• Share, publish, upload, or distribute STPprep questions, explanations, answers, or other proprietary materials publicly
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the platform or its content
• Share your account or login credentials with another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or restricted areas of the platform
• Attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent platform security measures
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to access, extract, copy, or collect platform content without our written permission
• Use platform content to create, develop, or provide a competing commercial product or service
• Use the platform in a way that may damage, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation or security of our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the STPprep platform and its content, including questions, scenarios, explanations, answers, written materials, graphics, designs, branding, logos, software, databases, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to DN46 Labs Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content for your own personal preparation purposes.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from STPprep content without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

11. Questions, Answers, and Educational Content

STPprep content is created for educational and preparation purposes. While we aim to provide useful and accurate materials, we do not guarantee that every question, explanation, example, or preparation strategy will precisely reflect any current or future official assessment.

Official assessment formats, recruitment procedures, scoring approaches, eligibility requirements, and selection processes may change over time.

You should always refer to official sources for current information about the STP application and selection process.

12. No Guarantee of Results

STPprep does not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing an assessment, achieving a particular score, receiving an interview, being shortlisted, or being offered a place on the Scientist Training Programme.

Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation, performance, competition, assessment criteria, recruitment processes, and decisions made by third parties.

Purchasing or using STPprep does not create any entitlement to a particular academic, professional, recruitment, or career outcome.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to keep STPprep available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to restore access and address significant technical issues affecting the platform.

14. Changes to the Platform

We may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time.

Changes may include updates to questions, explanations, features, functionality, design, technology, or other aspects of the service.

We may make changes where reasonably necessary to improve the platform, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, address technical issues, or reflect changes in the relevant assessment or recruitment environment.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to your account where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, misused the platform, shared account credentials, infringed our intellectual property rights, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk to the security or operation of our services.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide you with an opportunity to address the issue before taking further action.

We may also suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or our business from security threats, fraud, or other serious risks.

Suspension or termination under this section does not affect any rights or remedies available to either party under applicable law.

16. User Content and Communications

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other material to STPprep, you must ensure that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve our services without creating an obligation to compensate you, provided that we do not use your personal data in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Subject to the above, STPprep will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties, including decisions relating to recruitment, assessment, shortlisting, interviews, or selection for the Scientist Training Programme.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include significant technical failures, internet or telecommunications disruptions, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, changes in law, industrial disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

Where such an event affects the availability of our services, we will take reasonable steps to restore or continue the service where practicable.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and STPprep in relation to your use of the platform and purchase of our products and services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement that we have expressly entered into with you, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
